Registration and KYC
What is KYC?
KYC means identity verification. Exchanges may ask for documents or face checks. Requirements vary by region, so the official page matters more than any tutorial.
Should I deposit right after registering?
No. Set a strong password, enable 2FA, review anti-phishing options, and understand deposit networks first.
Deposits and withdrawals
What should I check before sending crypto?
Check token, network, address, memo/tag, minimum amount, fee, and confirmation rules. Do not only check the token name.
What if I choose the wrong network?
Save the transaction hash, address, time, and amount. Contact the receiving platform through official support. Recovery is not guaranteed.
Wallets and safety
Is an exchange account the same as a wallet?
No. An exchange account is platform-managed. A self-custody wallet is controlled by private keys or seed phrases.
Can I screenshot my seed phrase?
No. Do not screenshot, upload, send, or type seed phrases into unknown pages.
